City Triathlon Karlovy Vary — Top, swim, ride, run!
Advertising film for the Karlovy Vary City Triathlon in the style of the cult film. With Red Bull Air Race pilot Petr Kopfstein and triathlete Heidi Juránková.
When the guys from City Triathlon approached us to shoot a promo for the upcoming triathlon world cup in Karlovy Vary, we brought loads of ideas to the meeting. But the best one, born in the mind of our creative director Vláďa, was the concept for a film inspired by "Waiter, Scarper!" (a Czech cult comedy). We knew right away it would be a hit.
The lead roles were played by Petr Kopfstein — the famous Czech Red Bull Air Race pilot — and Heidi Juránková — a promising Czech triathlete. Both nailed their roles perfectly.
Shooting at the airport, with Petr literally flying just a few meters above our heads, was one of the best experiences we've had on the job. In one day we managed to shoot 3 spots, which you can watch below!
The prestigious City Triathlon Karlovy Vary World Cup race is here. It's a major celebration for the spa town. And Karlovy Vary aviator and Red Bull Air Race participant Petr Kopfstein, who loves triathlon, transformed into the role of the fake waiter Dalibor Vrána from the film "Waiter, Scarper!"

"The shoot was hilarious. In Karlovy Vary we were an interesting attraction not only for tourists but also for locals — because of the wig, my friends either didn't recognize me or laughed at me," Kopfstein recounts with a smile.
