Drone for Real Estate – Aerial Property Footage
Aerial video and photos from a drone show what a ground camera can't: the surroundings, the size and shape of the plot, views, transport access and the context of the village or town. We film family houses with gardens, land plots, villas, cottages and cabins, and development projects across the Czech Republic.
We usually combine drone footage with real estate video and a property video tour. Prices are listed in the price list, send your inquiry via contact.

When a drone pays off when selling
Aerial footage helps most where the plot or surroundings affect the property's value.
Family houses with a garden
We show the garden's size, orientation and how it connects to the surroundings.
Land plots
Aerial footage shows the shape, slope and boundaries of the plot, plus the access road.
Villas
We capture the overall layout of the plot, the pool, terraces and views from above.
Cottages and cabins
We show the location in the landscape, nearby forests, water and accessibility.
Development projects
Aerial footage presents the whole project, its construction phase and the surrounding infrastructure — more in the developers section.
Commercial premises
We show the size of the site, parking, access routes and connection to the road network.
When a drone isn't needed
For a flat in the middle of dense development, a drone usually doesn't add much information — at most it captures the building and its immediate surroundings from outside, not the interior. In that case we recommend standard photo and video instead.

Flying rules near properties
Drone operation follows the rules of the Civil Aviation Authority (ÚCL) and EU legislation.
- In the open category, a maximum height of 120 m above ground.
- The pilot holds an A2 certificate from the ÚCL – with a C2 class drone, flights are allowed up to 30 m from uninvolved persons (5 m in low-speed mode).
- Flying over a crowd of people is not allowed in the open category.
- Before every flight we check the geographical zones in DroneMap, and near airports or in controlled zones we arrange coordination.
- Taking off and landing on private land is only allowed with the owner's consent.
- We respect neighbours' privacy — we do not film their land or windows in detail.
