- Turn on all the lights in every room.
- Open the blinds and curtains to let daylight in.
- Put away personal items and photos for the shoot.
- Fresh towels and clean bedding.
- Move cars away from the building entrance.
- Keep pets out of the apartment during filming.
- Empty the bins and keep them out of shot.
