LEGISLATION & SAFETY
Legislation and Safety
The maximum permitted flight altitude for drones in the Czech Republic is 300 meters.
Flying over people requires a permit from the Civil Aviation Authority and explicit consent of all affected persons.
Flights in protected landscape areas and national parks are possible after obtaining a CAA permit.
We can only take off or land on private property with the written consent of the owner.
We arrange all permits at our own expense and ensure safe conduct of all flights.
