Silent film for the 48 Hour Film Project Prague 2025 — award for best director
We made a silent film for the 48 Hour Film Project Prague 2025 and won the award for best director. Read how the whole project was created.
Watch the Film
In June 2025, we participated in the prestigious 48 Hour Film Project Prague competition, where teams have just 48 hours to shoot a short film from idea to final cut.
The Brief: Silent Film
We drew the genre silent film — no dialogue, no voice-over. The entire story had to be told purely through visuals, gestures and music. For our team focused on video production and visual storytelling, this was a fantastic challenge.
The Film "A máš prd." (And You Got a Squat)
We created a short film called "A máš prd." (English: "And You Got a Squat") starring Jiří Truneček and Eva Goldšmíd. Production was handled by František Dron video production.
Best Director Award
We brought home the Best Director Award — a huge honor in competition with dozens of experienced filmmaking teams from across Prague.
What is the 48 Hour Film Project?
48HFP is a worldwide competition where film teams have exactly 48 hours to create a short film. Each team draws a genre and must include a mandatory character, prop and line. It's an extreme test of creativity, organization and technical skills.
This experience confirmed that our video production can handle not only commercial projects, but also artistic work under extreme time pressure.
